This movie looks sick. Gonna see it Friday when it comes out with my friends cause one of them just had a birthday. Anyone else gonna watch it?

I loved 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later. Simply LOVED them. However, I didn't know that I Am Legend was a vampire movie until about 5 minutes ago. I just thought it was a movie about the last guy on Earth. The extended trailer didn't lie though.

no.... vampire movie? even better. i liked 28 days later but i think they should have kept the same character's for the 28 weeks later.

All it took was leaving my browser open to play some Blu-ray "training" videos, then acing a Blu-ray quiz.

Will be interesting to see how they did the movie as compared to the book. Outstanding book...but I'm predicting so much artistic license to bring it from the 50's to now that it will resemble the book only in two aspects: he's the last guy on earth and everyone else is a vampire. It'll probably still be an outstanding movie, though.

Was anyone else who read the book surprised that it was just one of many short stories?

Firstly, they say it really isn't vampires, like the book talks about. It's rather fast moving, flesh eating "zombies" that awake at night (zompire I suppose). Go to IMDB and type in I Am Legend to see some prescreen reviews.

Looks hella good though.
