no no no.
Change the motherboard to: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
                  graphics card to: 8800GT 512MB
ram: add another 2GB. find the cheapest PC2-6400 memory and check out all the rebaits. total of 4GB ram.

EDIT: good point R'Eeee. All this will be outdated by March. Too early to say...
I thought he would build it little bit sooner...

bored at work, and wondering what everybody else thought.

March is the plan, and if i happen to get the money sooner (Unless unforseen things come up) might be in January.

i too like pretend building rigs when i have down time.  i always save them as different wish lists on newegg.  what you have looks nice right now but surely in a few months prices will change.  for your sake i hope the ram stays as cheap as it has been or you'll kick yourself.  but since i don't know if there will be too many new intels released by then i'd say your safe at the e6750 price.  i own one and do not regret the price i paid.  $180 i think?  Shoulda went out black friday shopping as i got a seagate 320gb for only $60 at best buy and an Acer 22" at circuit city for $179.  but i know you said you don't have the cash flow now.  and if your going to spend $300 on a gpu, then i too would suggest an 8800gt.  although maybe the 8800gts 512mb's will drop to the $300 price range by march.  keep an eye out for those.  and i'm sure your going to get flamed for wanting to use the power supply that comes with your tower.  i too would not use it if i were throwing in there an e6750 and 8800gts.  something to think about or save up extra for.  hell, i bought a rosewill (i know) over a year ago and has not failed me yet when running my 8800gts and e6750. it was cheap plus it has modular cabling.

Think about getting a new psu too. The included psu's are rarely any good.

As I see this is going to be a budget PC, I'll give you my changes to that list:

COOLER MASTER Elite 330 RC-330-KKN1-GP Black - $34.99 - looks secksi, cpu fan duct - as you're going boxed, and provides good airflow
Rosewill Stallion Series Single 12cm Ball Bearing Fan RD500-2-SB ATX V2.2 500W Power Supply - $24.99 after mail-in rebate
MSI P35 Neo2-FR LGA 775 Intel P35 - $99.99 after mail-in rebate, and absolutely sufficient motherboard for you.
SAPPHIRE 100226L Radeon HD 3850 512MB - $199.99 which is absolute bang-for-the-buck. Either that, or a 8800GT which is about $289~

Just don't get a 8800GTS(320) anymore, it's not worth it - and go for the changes as mobo, case and psu.
