Raptor harddrive 150 gig

Antec 900 Hundred gaming case with extra 2 x 120 mm fans
Logitech G5 Mouse
Logitech G15 Keyboard
QcK heavy steel mouse mat
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer 7.1 Sound Card
Creative P5800 5:1 speakers (I've been told they are crap, but they sound alright to me)

I was thinking of a GTX, but i dont play crysis... and my GTS can manage COD4 fine.

I was also thinking of a new case with watercooling, but i dont know.

Anyone got any ideas of best things to buy?

I don't feel the need for a new graphics card as i can play all my games fine at the moment, might buy a GTX after christmas as they will be even more cheaper.

Ram i have been thinking about also.

Ive been getting up at 6am for £10 a day for ages to save for this. I spend ALOT of time on the pc so it seems to me best thing to spend it on, only other thing i want to get is a car, but i wont get that without a job which i am trying for at the moment.

45nm Proccesors are coming out in January/February and everyone will want a 45nm supporting motherboard and a 45nm CPU so everything will be out of stock by the time, best if you pre-order it.

And these CPU's will be how much? £200? more?

I cant afford a new processor on top of a new motherboard, when there is no new games using this yet. Maybe mid 2008 i could.

I only have one 150 gig Raptor... how about a 500 gig hard drive... some fast ram... and something else.

Meh, i would need someone to take apart the pc to sell those 2 parts, plus to fit the new ones. And i would be left with a good motherboard and processor in the future, with no games to take advantage of it.

Makes more sense to me to get something else, and get the motherboard and CPU when games are taking advantage of it.

And why the hell does anyone want to spend £250 on a motherboard, that doesn't have any known advantages over the P35 chipest, that is capable of supporting the 45nm CPU as well.

I didn't say that the E6850 wont work on the newer chipset. As long as the motherboard has a FSB of 1333 or more, it will be compatible so you can use the new motherboard, sell your 680i, save that money, work and at the time buy that 45nm CPU and sell your E6850.

Got a zalman cooler, its nice. Got my CPU at like 3.3. Don't need it any higher really.

Unless i get a job im not going to be able to afford a car. So i think im going to spend it on PC... don't know though.
