I have recieved my Expert first aid two times, and both times, after FINISHING the round, it appears that i don't receive it.....

What server were you playing in???

I know playing "The lost division" server or the "the pegasus division" server that the stats often don't update for quite a while but they always updated. Never had any problems with any of the other Aus/NZ servers.
