For some reason Ecology is part of my year (although I studie farmacy) and I had a lesson about worms and all there different cilia about 2 weeks ago.
This professor even showed a picture of a friend of his who had his eye infected with a Loa Loa worm, he did it because he didn't want the species to go extinct 0.o
Loa Loa doesn't live in your eye, but just in the outer well membrane or something, if it moves from one side of your eye to the other you can actually see it moving yourself xD scary stuff.

I thought there are different kinds of Loa Loa, not all live in your eye. This one doesn't really do any damage, it just "steals" food out of your eyes bloodvessels etc.Ashlite wrote:

They don't just go to the eye, they live under the skin and can move to your eye just like it can anywhere else on your bodyGamematt wrote:
