Yeah me too, im running a 7800gt oc 256mb - amd 3.1 ghz dual core - 3GB ram and I still cant get many things on high

I can't run some things on high and I have a 8800GTS.

I have read that nVidia have released their new beta drivers for all 8800 series ver 169.17 I think. Once installed you may or may not see any performance gains because they are saying these drivers are to work in tandem with the Crysis #1 Patch.
So.... it looks like all these drivers are useless until Crytek releases the Patch. I can only hope it's soon. I don't know about you guys, but I read from Crytek that they would have a patch out in the next 7/14 days..... well, if my math serves correctly that's 2 weeks and that was up like 1/2 weeks ago. It's been like a month since the game has been out.

Well, It has been beyond the "7 to 14 days" gimmick. nVidia keeps putting out beta drivers that don't do a damn thing cause we don't have a patch yet for it to work together.
Welp.... hopefully it will come out soon. I only played through it once.... I would like to get all that I can out of this "Next Gen" game. Right now, I resorted to FEAR again. This time I am able to play it cranked all the way up and so far it is very impressive from the way I used to play it.

The patch isn't coming out till January and the sdk for modding until February... my interest in modding this game is dropping by the minute...
