since ur from US i would get it. they are being sold here in Slovenia also but there is no support if anything goes wrong. Apple Slovenia refuses to support it.

I would just get one of the sony walkman phones if you're only using it for calling and music.

At least with Verizon, ALL bluetooth features except headset functionality are LOCKED unless you pay extra for it. I can almost guarantee that a phone like the N95 would be extremely crippled unless ig here paid a bunch more cash to unlock all its features.
