Had an awesome match today....
RD-Volx is the number 3 player in the Battlefield 2 leader border, and the clan i'm in ( H*EA*T ) have been getting practice on strike at karkand most of today.
Anyway, he jumps on the server (it was Gamearena), and.... it was a pretty close match! as MEC / the ones defending, and Volx on the USA / Attacking side he would spam so, so bad with C4 that we would be royally raped by it....
But they could never capture a point off us!
so this massive battle for the hotel and to stop other people trying to sneak through to capture others happened, and they would usually barely lose.
After a few rounds other people caught on and did what volx did, often c4'ing 3-4 players in a group at a time, and with them doing this so often they made up for having no spawn points except their beginning one.
It was both awesome and frustrating to watch, because he had so much skill in what he did.... but all he done was c4 the place? Don't get how you could do that so much and still play bf2 without being bored, but I don't know... Maybe i need to be better at using it.
The only thing that helped was that if he was attacking someone else we could take him out, or sniping at a distance while he was running at a target
