Lag in CoD4 MP.

I've recently got much lag in CoD4 .

Whenever I join a server, no matter what server, I lag .

My Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 @ 3.29GHz.
Kingston HyperX DDR-800 @880MHz (4GB)
Asus EN7600GT @ 600 on engine and 1500 @ memory
NorthQ 500w PSU
Asus P5N32-E SLi board.

Any know what could be the source to all the lag?

Maybe because you oc'd your GPU? Because its supposed to be stock @ 560 and 1400

how high's the settings? Your graphics ain't so powerful tbh, i've got a 7900GS and also lag sometimes

I run all high, AA 2x, and res 800x640 ..
SP, same, but res 1280x1024.

I think it happend when I forgot to turn off Fraps before starting the game.

That's why

With my 7900 i only get 40 FPs with AA on 2, running 1440x900 so that could be your problem ...

Getting a new gfx card would make a world of difference though jensen mate, 8800GT instead of ur 7600 you'll piss it
