You and Freezer should get married, adopt kids, and huddle around a propane tank and light it on fire.

Stop making him try to regret getting the old one
don't worry man, I don't regret cuz I know that my N95 is a great phone. it doesn't always have to be the best

it's only a god damn phone, FloppY thinks the more room the better, but it doesn't matter in my opinion. it is a matter of taste
So you forgot to read all the pro's i listed above and only read 8Gb ??

Just saying to that others don't go buy the old one and regret it... it is good that you think it is good.. then it's good for you!
yes I read them all and noticed that the new version has nothing great but the 8GB and NOT NECESSARY. I even asked an expert and he said that every phone has some little bugs and glitches, even the N95 8GB. people who regret so small things are retarted

N95 is NOT an old phone, for god sake it's N95!

This this is like what, $550.00?
Hmm Here it´s around 800 Dollars

Quite expensive phone imo since the life-lengths are so damn short on cellphones never managed to have one myself for more than a year before it either breaks or i lose it.

@suomalainen_äijä i hope that expert you asked was´nt the salesman they tend to exaggerate when they describes a product, anyway have fun with your phone.

The new 8Gb version has:

[*]More batterypower
[*]Fixed slide function (old one felt cheap and was rubbish)
[*]2.8 inch screen instead of 2.6
[*]Windows media player integration
[*]No noise when playing music like the old one had, and less "bong" noices when changing tracks etc.)
[*]Wireless internet, Turbo 3G (HDSPA), Bluetooth stereo
[*]Small yet annoying flaws removed
[*]Great new search application
The more battery power is probably nice to have, but a 1/5 of an inch larger screen doesn't really seem that great of an improvement. and I'm pretty sure the wi-fi (wireless internet), Turbo 3G and Bluetooth is in both phones. The flaws removed, search application and media player can all be added to the original if you upgrade it, and as it's S60, lots of people have made lots of cool other programs for it.

N95 8GB review:

At first we thought the double slider was a cool feature, but it's worn off now and we would prefer not to have it. When you're pulling it in and out of your pocket the slider mechanism can move up and down, activating the phone.

Similar to the iPhone, the 8GB of on-board memory is non-expandable, which has its limitations. The main issue is that unlike a removable memory card, you have to use the USB cable and can't use a card reader, which may annoy some people.

doesn't having more area mean less clarity at the same res???

not that much difference, plus the new one doesn't have a lens cover. A must tbh.
Apparently not,, critics say the screen is much better now....

Who needs a lens cover on a high-end cellphone ?? not like you are going to wash it in sand or anything ?
I keep my phone in my pocket pl0x

Typical Finns, using Nokia.

Wait- Is that typical? Nokia is pretty good, though.

Is there anyone else like me, who doesn't own a cell phone by choice? I mean, obviously some of you are kids whose parents will not buy you one, but what of us adults without one? For me, I have to pay for university (which is my reason). Besides, I don't need one. I have a phone right here plugged into the wall.
I'm just opposite of you. I don't have a landline because i have a cell phone.

I had one of those pocketpc things and it was like carrying around a frigging brick in my pocket. I shed it for the Motorola Q. Glad I did, though the Q doesn't pass the three foot drop test and I'm through three already, on my fourth. My provider doesn't offer the iphone but I'll probably go for that when they do.

I can't possibly understand how you can carry THAT thing around.....

I'd take a HTC Touch / Touch Cruise over that any-day
