I need help with my graphics card! When I install the latest drivers my games either run really bad or crash.

When I play CSS I get an error pop up. Firstly there is an 'Xfire Exception Error' and the second is that it could not locate 'Direct3D' or something along those lines. None of this stuff ever used to happen until I updated my drivers to play COD4.

My system specs are:

Intel Pentium D Dual Core @ 2.8GHz
1GB of DDR2 RAM
ATI Radeon x300 Series 128mb Hypermemory

I don't know the rest

Well it looks like to me that you should upgrade your graphics card. you could also add a other stick of ram

Go back to previous drivers, if those worked before.

Guess they wont work with CoD4. Now the xfire thingy, try disabling xfire it might make CoD4 work again. Else wait for any newer drivers, orrr try some custom ones (gewgle it cause im too lazy).

did you uninstall your drivers with driver cleaner? uninstalling them normally can lead to some funky problems

While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
