This Email is just me venting my huge amount of annoyance that I have with you.

You suck.

I finally got my laptop back off of you today, you know, the one I sent over 2 months and payed £700 for and turned to sh*t after a few months. So I was happy. I open it up, realise the box I sent it back in wasn't here (which was kind of important, it was my sisters box for her Mac laptop) which annoyed me a bit, but I was still happy, as I was finally about to use my laptop again.

I turn it on, notice it's weird that it's exactly how it was when I last turned it off those months ago, out of battery etc. so I went for the charger cable. Now this is where you take the gold for stupidity.

You sent me the same, obviously broken cable back to me. The last time I used it, it started sparking at my feet near a whole load of other electrical stuff. Nice work in building that thing.

How could any of your "technicians" be stupid enough to send back the same cable to me? You could say that they didn't see the cable, didn't realise it was broke. But it was wrapped up, and the second part of the cable, that was joined to the box bit, was replaced. So whoever disconnected it and replaced it must have been one very special person. He really deserves that job he has.

So now I'm pissed off at you immensely. I had a LAN party to go to on thursday. Guess I can't go now because of you lot. Thanks.

I finally got my laptop back from you today, which I sent over 2 months ago for repairs.  I opened it up, realizing that the box I had shipped it in was missing (this was my sister's box from her Mac laptop.)

I went to power the laptop on, only to realize that it was in the very condition I sent it to you in; the battery was dead.  As I reached for my charger, I was in for a real disappointment; you sent the same, obviously broken, cable back to me.  The last time I used it, it was shorting out, sparking at my feet.  I am extremely unhappy with your technicians, since my charger was shipped back to me only partially repaired.

Since I use this laptop for school, its absence has handicapped me.  I would appreciate your efforts toward a timely resolve in this matter.

Not only do they not care about your LAN party, they don't care about you period.  So you don't buy off them again, big deal they don't give a shit if they lose one customer.  You can berate them in an email as much as you want, some secretary will be the one that reads it and she surely won't give a shit about your situation.  Just send it back for them to fix again, include a note of what is wrong and go on with your life.

Fuck off, the first time I sent it back to them, I was promised it would be away for 3 weeks. I rang them up about 8 times altogether, and no one knew where the fuck my laptop was.

I rang them too, demanded they send me a new charger cable fast, and they are doing so (3-5 days), but after I put the phone down, I was still kind of pissed off.

I'm not gonna not say anything. If they suck, I'm gonna tell them.
