sorry, i won't call this guy a bastard, i don't want to be rude to bastards. same goes for bitch, etc. this buy got off lightly. if the animal was injured, then let the owner know ( I assume the boy wasn't the owner) so the animal can receive treatment, or if it's beyond help, then it can be put out of it;s misery humanely. ( usually lethal injection AFAIK) as for the donation, ok, i guess it has the same effect as a fine, but i betcha he doesn't pay his parents back.
