But, I take your word for it. Your short-lived CFs are very upmarket.
It must follow, then, that
- You live in a decrepit shack. The wiring is from the roaring twenties, hence the wild voltage fluctuations
- your house is infested with rats, gnawing on the wires, electrocuting themselves and your lightbulbs
- you live in North Korea
- or all of the above.
