Ok, I ordered some books with 2 day shipping. A week ago. And they haven't gotten here yet. When we called the customer service people they said some bullshit about snow and ice. The site shows its been 2 towns away for 5 days.

I also ordered some gifts for other people off of different sites which used UPS, once again 2 day shipping, but this time they arrived when they were supposed to.

WTF DHL? They arent even refunding me for the 2 day shipping!

However skeptical I may have been when chuy posted on the temp forums, I totally believe him now.

DHL sucks complete balls.

It took me almost 2 weeks to get a package from them once. It sat in the same spot for a WEEK before they even shipped it. Then when it got about 5 hours away from me, they transfered it to the USPS. They don't even deliver it themself!

DHL fricken fails.

LOL, I worked for a companies mailroom, and we accept packages from the 3 major couriers all the time. DHL has the lowest incoming volume, with UPS having the most for Ground shipments and FedEx having the most for envelope/document shipments. Shows you that something is up with DHL.

Dude one thing about DHL is: once the shipment falls out of projected date of arrival, the package falls in limbo.
I have to use DHL when shipping packages International. They have a hold of one of my packages for over two weeks and it has not moved during that time period.
