PC's: multipurpose (Gaming, work, media centre etc...)
Macs: Studio computers, designed for artists, people into filming, music. Creative art I think.

For me, a PC does everything I want it to do. Including all the creativity stuff that Apple supposedly can only do. Although for me "creativity" goes only as far as making stupid images in Photoshop. Although I'd imagine you could do all the heavy stuff on a PC just as well as on a Mac.
I just want the best compatibility, that's all. That's why I'm staying away from Vista and Macs, not much compatibility.

I've just got back from work where I've wasted many, many hours putting 4 logic board into the same 20" iMac G5 (at least it wasn't one of the bastard new ones that you have to spend at least 1/2 an hour cleaning) - until I found one that wasn't DOA. Mac hardware is shockingly bad. Especially the iMac G5s.
OS X is nice to use (though lacks the level of functionality (particularly functionality accessible through a GUI) found in Windows) and Macs are pretty. In every other respect PCs are miles and miles better.
