Sort of the idea...but as party lines goes...a Democrat believes that more government programs equates to an equal distribution of aid...while a Republican believes more money goes to the programs if not regulated, and not all programs are worthy of funding.CameronPoe wrote:

Aka - politicizing charitable programs - there's two different ways this can be done.
