all the ones ive seen are from the 80s where their visions for the future are crappy square cars and smokey tubes connecting crappy useless devices together.

im sure there have been newer movies set in a post apocalyptic environment. any good ones?

I'd also like to know. I like that kinda stuff. Usually draw some at school.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Yeah great film but I know a lot of people hated it. +1 for good taste!

Its very old but "On the Beach" is one of the best post apocalyptic movies you'll ever see.

Or maybe Bladerunner, the newest version Final Cut is just out now (In Ireland anyway) sort of making it a new movie!

All I can think of is the Resident Evil series, mainly Resident Evil Extinction, and 28 Days/Weeks later.
