Shumaker was paid 70 mil PER YEAR by ferrari...150mil for Lewis over a 5 year term isnt out of the ordinary. Ron Dennis has a true gift in Lewis Hamilton. He should be compensated as such.
Besides that, with Stepney-gate and the fiasco over Renault, and then finding Ferrari intelectual property (or derivatives thereof) in the Mclaren for 2008...

I mean, if he can keep control of an F1 car going at what? 150 MPH easily, on a track designed to test you, then he was probably still in control of the car on the road. sure, he shouldn't speed, but he's less likely to lose control as he knows how to keep a car under control at high speed.

Perhaps I am misinformed, or have interpreted what I have read/ heard for years...this is entirely possible. The fact is 30 million a year isnt odd in F1. Not for a driver of Hamiltons capabilities and talent.
