I'm trying to decide between a Tagan PSU with 5 +12V rails for a total of 56 amps and a Rosewill with 4 +12V rails for a total of 80 amps. What is more important - overall amperage, or the extra rail? And they are the same price.
I'd go for the Tagan. Rosewill PSUs have a tendency to be shit.
I wouldn't get either.

The Gamexstream looks nice, it's $10 more and has less amperage, but that means it's probably better quality. The toughpowers are just overpriced... $160 for 700W is over my budget.
You probably won't use 72 amps anyway, so that little bit of difference isn't going to matter. The Gamexstream is much better than Rosewill.
I'd still go with the Tagan over any of them.CrazeD wrote:

I've never even heard of them, that's why I said I wouldn't get either. I tend to stick with stuff that I know is good.Bertster7 wrote:

Not saying anything bad about Tagan, I've just personally never heard of them. They could be very good for all I know.
I know Tagan is well reputed, wasn't sure about Rosewill. I'm now leaning towards the OCZ Gamexstream, because it has a rebate and free shipping.
