The Californian Penal Code states that any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 18 who is not more than three years younger than the perpetrator, is guilty of a misdemeanour and faces up to one year in a county jail.


But Californian criminal defence attorney Jim Hammer says: "If Aldridge is actually more than three years older he could be up for a felony, which carries a maximum three years in prison.”


Meanwhile, Jamie Lynn says she believes she'll be a good mother: "I love babies, and I have my nephews that I love.


"I have a great mom and she has raised three kids, so if I take lessons from her, I think I'll be great."

I will say he should have known better, but this is where the law fails majorly.  The Spears clan is trailor trash.  Always has been, and always will be.  No amount of money will fix that waste of flesh.  She knew what she was doing.  She had her legs wide open and facing the ceiling.  She just wanted to be like Britney.  She wanted media attention, and she got it.  And let's face it, Louisiana is redneck trailor trash central.  Maybe next time the hurricanes will finish the job and that POS state will finally fall back into the Gulf of Mexico!

Fucking a 16 year old while being a full adult is legal in most states, since the age of consent is 16 in many of them.  South Carolina's age is actually 14, which is going a bit far in my book, but whatever....

I dont think you get my point. There are laws set by our country that should be followed, basically you are telling me its alright for a 16 year old girl to have sex with a 19 year old and have a kid as long as they can raise the child. Under the eyes of the law you also would advocate a 10 year old having sex with a 19 year old. There are laws set for a reason, they shouldnt be broken.
