Has anyone had to take Lyrica?

Has anyone had to take Lyrica and if so, what side effects did you notice most, if any?

My new workers comp doctor prescribed it for me to deal with chronic muscle pain and spasms in my thoracic back area, so I am curious if it was a well known or used drug and its users side effects.
