I took a look at what's in my comp already, although I didn't take town every single bit this is what was on it.

1GB DDR 400MHz CL3 Pc3200U

So will that one in the link work? Any help is greatly appreciated.

As max said, should work ok, but I would dig out you motherboard manual (or post the details (make and model of mobo) here and I'll see if I can find one on the net) - some mobo's can be a bit picky about running 3x1GB or different densities (the number of chips on a dimm).

Not really. DDR is much more expensive than DDR2.

you need to have a look at your mobo and then go to corsairs website to check compatibility. also as said above adding a 3rd stick might make things screwy so i'd check your mobo manual to make sure.
