When trying to send money from paypal to my card i get this message

You done all the bank accout confirmation bollocks? I'm assuming you mean to send it to a bank account not a card like you said, as that just doesn't make sence.

Tried this 3 times, then tried it by voice twice with same response. So thought fuck this and sent them an email, 5 emails and no reply and 1 week later im at the same point.

I suggest that you fax them a copy of the bank statement with the two amounts PayPal deposited in your bank account shown and a copy of your driving license or other photo ID to (402) 537-5780.

why dont you have photo id at the age of 17? i got photo id at the age of 14
