Could there be any problems if my pcu is overpowered and conflicting with the rest of my computer? or if It is a little overpowered does it matter, because i bought a new video card which need 500w and im buying a psu with 700 w. Amy help would be greatly appreciated.

700w is only the rated capacity of the unit, your PC only uses what it needs.
You could have a 2kw PSU and still have no issues.
