I had a break from bf2 for 3/4 months to go to uni. I've been playing the past week or so, but i've totally lost my skills in tv. Where abouts are the sweet spots again on enemy helis. Think i've only maanged a couple of kills so far.

Sort out your hitreg, the sweet spots are usually the tail though... that is where everyone usually aims.

For jets, the hitboxes lag behind quite a bit, and helis that are moving quickly too. (Not matter how much tweaking you do the hitbox still lags)

Just aim where the chopper was a fraction of a second ago. Since the chopper is usually moving forwards, that usually means aiming towards the tail.

Hit boxes lag behind a certain distance depending on how fast the person or chopper is moving. Go watch one of the hundreds of tv videos out there to figure it out.
