diagnose this:

i was typing to my friend, and then my stomach started hurting. so i went into the bathroom and had...ya know, watery #2, shall we say. man it smelled like a bitch. this is where you stop being sick, right? wrong. i felt even worse, really nauseous and i felt as if i was gonna throw up. i started heating up like crazy and broke out in a sweat as if i was running on a 100-degree day. really scary shit. then it just stopped a couple minutes ago, and i'm typing this to you now. never experienced something like this. anyone know what happened?

it was like, food poisoning, then a really quick high fever and then i was fine.

yeah but the weird part was that after i shat it out (even 10 minutes after) i felt even sicker than before

Thanks for all the advice guys. I've been drinking water constantly and feel perfectly fine now. It just happened so damn quick; I was scared cause I've never gotten that sick that fast before.

Well. I got some gum with that artificial sweeter aspartame in it and I got a migraine headache.

It was so bad I couldn't even read/see for most of the day.

Im really really glad I found out that it was the gum. I'm one of the lucky members of my family that doesn't suffer from migraines often.
