Kay. So I have a mouse that i nipped from an Aer pre-built system (this one is laser and last one was ball mouse so this=great improvement). This mouse likes to either point me straight up or straight down and spin me around in a neat little circle whenever I play any game. I was wondering is there a way to fix it? If not what new mouse should i get? (I'm looking at a MX revolution).
I cannot fix your problem with my knowledge of certain mouses but please please get the mx518 or whatever is is because the g7 which i own even though its wireless it isn't that great because the battery's die out like in the middle of a game witch is not good so get the mx518 you will not be disappointed.
You might be playing on a somewhat shiny surface, and the laser doesn't like it. I would change what you move your mouse on.
A black matted surface is the best for optical / laser mice, reflective surfaces can completely throw a mouse off from time to time.
