It's wrong concerning amperage on the +12v rails.
You don't just add up the rails. You take the max wattage shown underneath the +12v rails, and divide it by 12. (Power (watts)=volts*current(amps)->P/V=C). For his example, which has three 12v+ rails with 18A apiece and a max power of 480W, it should be 40A, not 54A.
