By the way, we don't know if it was indeed rigged. It just appears that way.

Glad you said it before I did (my first thought).

He isn't doing so well in power in Kenya, however, and with the opposition controlling the parliament majority he'll struggle to do what he wants anyway (so this isn't quite as bad as it could be).
Hopefully he'll be replaced soon, and unless he starts turning Kenya into a dictatorship again he will.
