look. Firstly, why do you think downloading songs from internet without paying anything, basically doing what they call ''illegal downloadings'' is erm... illegal now? Do you really think it bothers those who make the songs, I mean, the singers, bands, etc? they earn enough money in general to just do not care that much. It just bothers recording industries.
Recording industries have loads of money and can corrupt politicians easily to get what they want. It might sound like a conspiracy theory but was there any vote for those laws? no. So who decided it? maybe 500 people (politicians) or so who didn't really care of it actually.

got what I mean?

- Politicians master and rule us, a way more than people want to admit
- Politicians love money
=> Politicians can be easily corrupted then

= those who have money rule everything cause they can get everything they want.

so you should reconsider your statement. There are many stupid, non senseless laws on (just as example of a very stupid law, off of this topic/subject, did you know that if you said ''fucking muslim'' in france, you could go in jail for 1 year for being, according to what they say, "a rascist person" and ofc you'll have to give money to the guy you ''insulted'' because he has been "shocked") => that's unbelievable but true.

so who knows man... who knows.
