2.5 months ago my graphic card died,so i sent my computer to service.after 4 weeks they said it would come back DEC 14.so i waited and waited and now the store says they cant find it???? off course they will have to give me a new one,but what about all my pictures,films,music etc.i dint have any backup so everything is gone.can they really just give me something equivalent and then that's that??

Well, you should check their policies regarding lost items with shipment, if they have no policy, you can demand they pay for the damage.fredskov9 wrote:

i bought it at TDC (Denmark's biggest Internet provider,they sell electronics tlf and more)then they sent it to HP and on the way back to TDC it went lost.. and meanwhile i bought a new psu,ram and a dual core that fits that moboKylieTastic wrote:
