Combining image files into one?

Say I had 4 image files made from a game I have..
..Would it be possible to combine them into one, while still being able to use it as the only install disc?

I don't really feel like wasting 4 CDs.

You could just burn all 4 image files on a cd or dvd then mount them all at once on a virtual drive using Daemon Tools.

..I've added things to image files before.

I just don't know if the installation would still work.

I guess I could just dump them on as image files..

Iso-buster will get you started. It is unlikely that the setup will function properly on a single disc though.
