did you meet the kill requirement for one round?  expert is 40 and 44 in sf.
i've seen two different reqs for the airborne ribbon...ubar's is 10 seconds in a chute and i remember an older site (i think it was called got3n or something) that said chute from at least 500 feet.  when i first got that ribbon, i made sure i was about 520 feet in the air so by the time my chute came out i was a bit above 500 feet.

Or if you have Spec. Ops. you can just go to Warlord. Be SAS and spawn to the left of the main base. Got mine that way inadvertently.

The Airborne Ribbon is actually more along the lines of 20 seconds.  As for the Spec Ops, you need 20 kill In A Round to get it.
