I have a question about the port forwarding thing, I tried to use port forwarding instructions from portforwarding.com but the results ended up being the same.

Here is my problem I get a yellow triangle at the bottom of my torrent indicating no incoming connection.

I have the same problem, my status is always yellow (even with the port forwarding).  But I still get download speeds of over 2.0 MB/s, so I don't care.

Can you download torrents at a decent speed?  If so, don't let the yellow triangle bother you.  If not... do what killinzero1 said or try a new client.  I use azureus.

Try these settings (if your router supports UPnP):

Download the newest Open Office Package Torrent for testing purposes. What speed do you get?
The torrent you are downloading in the screenshot has very few seeds so the speed will be quite low.
