Due to incoming motherboard upgrade, I'm thinking of maybe running SLi with two GeForce 7600GS cards.
I looked around a bit, and the card I have isn't in the store anymore. They do have different make 256MB 7600GS'.
Would it be possible to SLi a PNY- and an ASUS 7600GS 256MB?
Or should I simply stay un-SLi'd and save up for a decent card? (My vote is on that the majority will say that, lol.)

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
