It speed up my PC's performance, I get better FPS in Bf2 now after I overclocked some settings.

The automatic overclocking feature "Tune System" is crap though - I've tried it, it doesn't work. Everything else about it is good.

It's okay, but if you start getting problems uninstall it.. I talked to someone from evga tech support and they said that nvidia admitted that it's kind of a crap program and they probably shouldn't have released it...

Don't use nTune to tune BIOS settings. It is notorious for screwing up the BIOS file...

I used ntune for the system stability test once and it crashed my other wise stable system. I do not touch the program.
