So, I have a shortcut on my desktop, that opens in FireFox.

I want it to open in Full Screen Mode (F11).

How?

I remember doing this in IE6, and I think all I did was add "+fullscreen 1" to the target line. This does not work with Opera, FireFox or IE7.

Any ideas?

Not very constructive, but can't you just press F11? It's not the most difficult of tasks...
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

I made a Video Organizer thing for all my videos, and it would be nice to have it on the whole screen...

I removed all the task bars, so it looks like some sort of program tbh.
