Picking up a new mouse and mousepad

Any suggestions? Definately want a logitech unless you can convince me that Razers are better.

And if any of you have a good mousemat/pad please suggest one as well. I have a shitty one atm and my mouse gets fucked up because of it.

Either the 518 or the G5 are good choices. I personally have a v2 G5 (2 side buttons) that I love.

I tried the Deathadder and just didn't like it. The shape of it had my fingers dragging on the mouse pad (and the DA is already really close to the pad) so that it would mess with the movement. I returned it for my current mouse.

I did grab an Exactmat for my pad which replaced my trust fUnc 1030. Both great pads, but I like the feel of the Exactmat a little better (I use the speed side with my G5).

I love my new combo.

fUNc 1030 10ms/10ms is perfect with that mouse. my LT MX500 has been in service since 1994.

I am not a Logitech fannie,, i just can't see myself using a mouse that has 0 ergonomy in its design

Sometimes it can be hard enough to just use the warrenty within the year

Either the Deathadder or the G5. Deathadder has the most precise sensor out on the market... the G5 is just bigger and fits different types of hands.

I have the G7. Love it, but if you wont want to have to change batteries then go with the G5.

@Floppy, why the hell is that mouse left handed?
