Apparently they need our help or the starvation and war would stop already.
They deserve help, but helping them would have no economic or political gain for Western countries. Therfore, they're pretty screwed. btw it's crisis not crysis...i think you've been gaming too much
This may not be the case. The west has a negative influence and power towards Africa. We deliberately hold them down and so does the big firms or else the western economy would face a fatal collapse in quite a few areas. This makes a never ending problem. They don't bring it onto themselves. The problems in Africa at the moment and from a rigged election that the people obviously were opposed to. They need help, and deserve it.

take care of ppl in your own country first, then once that is all done, help other countries (basically other countries would be screwed)

Do I feel bad for them? Yes, anyone who doesn't is an asshole.
Why do they deserve our help? Because you would like to be helped if you were in those conditions. Besides, if we can spend 50 bucks in a videogame, we can give some money to help them.

Weapons have got to be stopped from being smuggled into the countries. If they had gotten other technologies as fast as they got killing technology they would be much better off.
I think that the UN should intervene to stop or at least minimize corruption.
