You are aware that you could choose Charmander as your start pokemon in both games, right? Red/Blue just limits certain other catchable (is that even a word?) pokemon but definitely not the starters.nukchebi0 wrote:

I got yellow because my aunt lived in the states and it wasnt released in England at the time. I was like the only person I knew with yellow for like a year ^_^

Silver all the way, I still have my silver somewhere in my room as well as my old gameboy pocket, got all 250 btw (yes, including mew, my friend haxored it into his somehow and cloned it and gave me one )
Wow, it was some serious fun playing Pokemon back in the day. I started out with Red version before I had my Silver btw. (got all 150 on red version too lol)

Well i played Yellow, Silver, Gold and Sapphire. I would have to say Sapphire because the graphics were a little bit better
