Armored Fury and Euro Forces on the US server.

I am going to run a mixed booster rotation on the server. Here is the maplist so far:

Great Wall 32
Operation Harvest 32
Operation Smoke Screen 32
Taraba Quarry 32
Midnight Sun 32
Operation Road Rage 16
Great Wall 16
Operation Harvest 64
Taraba Quarry 16 (added in due to popular demand! [yes of one person])
Operation Road Rage 32
Operation Smoke Screen 32
Midnight Sun 16

I tried to keep variety on the rotation. Not only from what the server itself has (ie: only running one size for every map) but also from what other servers are running. Have you ever seen Road Rage 16 running? I doubt it.

Feel free to input any rotation ideas. I might set this rotation to run during the day today and see how it goes. Any help getting it started once it is running is greatly appreciated. I don't care if all you can do is idle; people on the server is enough to attract more people.

edit: Just to be clear, I have been given permission to allow attacking of ALL bases when this rotation is in effect. All bases includes uncaps.

Yes, unless there's a massive demand to run around Pennsylvania without a jeep.

edit: that reminds me, I will be making a mixed, or possibly just Great Wall IO rotation for all you EF IO lovers. It will probably be mixed, but I may create a pure Great Wall rotation. Just let me know what the demand is for.

Yes, if people from here play on it. I see a lot of you bf2sers on legion and the sovereign servers. So now you can get your AF and EF salty goodness in one place. Plus some of you have admin privledges, so what more could you ask for? Plus I can bring some non-bf2sers with me. I remember one time I had a Harvest/Smoke Screen rotation and it actually had a decent amount of players on it. Come to think of it, that rotation is still in the server so that can be used as well. I just set the rotation to run EF/AF and I will idle on it as soon as it switches maps while I do some stuff. I'll be on to play shortly.

Road Rage 16 Infantry Only 64 players would be nice

But anyway, you can leave out Taraba Quarry altogether if you ask me, I think its one of the worst maps ever created for BF2.

I don't know what it is, it's not that I just dislike armormaps; all armored fury maps are ok and so is Smoke Screen, but Taraba just causes frustration with me.

We have FF off so hopefully it won't be a problem. Road Rage is one of the maps I'd throw in for IO.

Taraba is horrible unless you have a jet,and then it isn't much better.down with Taraba!

I agree, Taraba sucks. But if we were playing a rotation of only things I liked, it would be a very small rotation.

Also, I am trying to idle the server but I am pinging about 400 (?), so if someone could idle there that would be fantastic.

Where is the server located?
Is it nearer to central Europe than the other popular AF/EF servers?

Definitely include Op. Harvest!
Op. Smoke Screen would be nice too, but yes, Taraba is my least liked AF/EF map too.

Also, don't make it IO.
I really would like to play 16 players Road Rage some time with the 2 muscle cars.

Question:
Can you somehow schedule to switch to 16 or 32 player maps if there are only few people on certain days of the week?

They should include an option with allows you to play IO, but with buggies/jeeps enabled in patch 1.5

Would allow for IO without the tedious marchings,..

Even better for AF: Muscle cars and Trucks enabled

I really like Taraba, but I don't armor or jet whore. I enjoy the battles over the bridges. Sniping, jihading, and grenade fests....they are fun.
