So i travelled up to Bolton today with the Sheffield United fans (On Coach) To see the two teams battle it out in the third round FA Cup tie.

Dam am i glad i went.

Nice stadium ( though they had no fans )
Great atmosphere ( our fans anyway )
Overall great day!

To make it better, We won 1-0 (Bitches ) against a premiership club!

Go team IMO

So did anybody else go and see an FA cup tie today?

Yeah so what, you guys were still hilariously owned at the end of last season and no amount of success will make up for that.

Indeed. I couldn't imagine saying soccer in the pub. If nobody else punched me I'd do it myself out of shame.

It's how scores are always displayed in soccer

Home team score it always displayed first.  The home team is seen as having an advantage playing on familiar territory.

So when a score such as 0-3 is displayed it reinforces the fact the winning team has gone a great job winning away from home.

Because the extra point is the most exciting play in all of football and not in any way a good time to get up and go get a beer.

United beat Villa. Bit sloppy and a bit dull in parts.

My local team, Dagenham & Redbridge, went out to Southend in a 5-2 classic - the highest scoring game in the 3rd round this year

My team won. Ronaldo and Rooney scored. Ronaldo had a bit of  benders hair do, but no one cared.
