Basically, they did. At the end of the 7 days she has to retest. If she is not capable of breaking 10 mph, then she won't be getting it back.

Not much to discuss here. It was very dangerous and illegal. Driving too slow is every bit as dangerous as driving too fast, if not more-so. Do you know how many times I have come over a hill on the highway while doing 70 (the speed limit) and someone has been doing 25 or so and just putt-putting along? If there had ever been a car next to me in those situations, I wouldn't have had anywhere to go....

I had this happen just a couple weeks ago actually. I think the guy was trying to force an accident. He was speeding and pulling away from me, then I would come over a hill and he would be STOPPED in my lane. I would barely get it shut down before hitting him and then he would speed off and do it again over the next hill. And what really sucked is that my in-laws had just called and told me they had been in a bad car accident and were stranded out on the side of the road, so I was in a bit of a hurry.

He did it to someone else and they tried to go around on the shoulder and he cut onto the shoulder right in front of them...

I have to admit, I understand the whole "Road Rage" trend a little better after seeing this guy. I wanted to beat the hell out of him...
