When I click a image on a web page and the image loads a new window it's fine, but when I close that image and scroll the page it's froze and wont scroll for about 1 sec, after it's done freezing up, the page will move up and down from holding the memory from my mouse movement from the second before when I was trying to scroll up and down the page.

Now it's very annoying have to wait to move on the page after closing out an image.

It didn't do the with my old POS computer, Now I have a nice comp and it's doing this?

I had similar issues as that, turned out to be my sata drive. Put in a new one and just used WD's setup program, copied everything over for me and no more problem.

That doesn't necessarily mean that its not a hard drive issue. I was just submitting that I had a similar issue and it was due to my hard drive crapping out. Dang thing wasn't even a year old either.

I figured it out.
It was Norton Anti Virus checking every page that was causing the major delay.
I remember now having this problem a  long time ago, I geuss Norton still has the same issue..
I uninstalled Norton when I noticed the fix, and I think that's the only option to fix the problem..

Why the fuck would you have norton? Its the worse AV on the market for the past 5 years. NOD32 or Avast FTW
