I believe that FDR and Bush knew that the Japanese and terrorists would attack respectively however they did not know when, where and the magnitude of the attack.
I have noticed that while many people are willing to state the conspiracies they believe in, almost no one ever gave any reasons WHY they believe what they do. Do you view the evidence as obvious, or self-evident? Do you even feel the need to justify your viewpoint?
Well, the conspiracies I mentioned aren't on your list, but if you're looking for evidence that most war is predominantly fought with profit in mind, I think the occupation of Iraq is a great starting place....

In all honesty, I've become less anti-war in recent months. I just believe certain wars are mostly for profit, if that makes any sense. After a while, you begin to accept the inevitability of war.

After one of their zombie drones (FDR) allowed the Pearl Harbour attack to occur, moon-aliens engineered 9/11 and rigged the 2000/2004 US elections in a successful attempt to deter us from actually landing on the moon in 2012.
conspiracies may exist or not. Honestly I gonna "null vote" because I can't prove anything, though I don't think all of those events happened like we were told. Conspiracies are, I think, trusted by people who don't trust governments (and I truly understand this) and who seek an explanation for events, a logic explanation (where those who lead us are a bunch of corrupted, no moral and wanna make money people). Don't think conspiracies are for weak minded, not at all actually. I'd rather say that someone trusting everything medias and governments say is weak minded. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a conspiracies fan, it's just that, to me sometimes they seem to explain things clearly and logically.

9/11 was engineered / allowed to happen - No way. Planned under our very eyes, but couldn't be allowed. It would have happened during the night in that case -> minimizing casualties.
The moon landing was faked - Why? Because the Soviets got to space first, a moon landing had to be done by all means necessary, even if it required faking it? Nah, it was real.
There was a second gunman at the JFK assassination - Definitely.
FDR allowed Pearl Harbor to happen - If by "allowing" you mean failing to uphold diplomatic relations, and halting exports to Japan, then yes.
