The hypothetical is ludicrous but no, nobody could defeat them. In reality it would mean the end of the developed world and the near total destruction of both China and Russia though.

It depends on a few factors i guess. Conventional or nuclear? Where would the war take place, Europe, Asia, U.S., or a combination?

The US would never use nukes in a war. The fallout (literal and political, excuse the pun) would destroy the country.

Well in a nuclear conflict no one would win.
If conventional war on European or Asia soil took place the allies would be hard-pressed to win even with the Europan Union due to the size of China's current modern military and the overstretched forces of the United States military at this time.
An invasion on the North American continent would surely be met with defeat since every man, woman, and child would be up in arms against the would be invaders. History has shown in Vietnam and Afghanistan that a small guerilla force can all be halt the advance of a much larger mechanized force.

Seriously, I think so, war, imo is not won soley on the sheer size of a force its a combination of things. Besides, the 'crack pot' and his minions in question would more than likely be assasinated internally (perhaps US/europe financed) before it got to a global war on the scale of WW2.

The idea of most wars is for land gain and the riches that land offers. If you nuke a piece of land you make it worthless and uninhabitable for thousands of years. With the M.A.D. doctrine you virtually guarantee a conventional war.
