put it on espn right now.
what? i am in class, no TV's!
Saw the interview last night on 60 Minutes. I am just wondering what took him so long. He does have a point though - regardless of what happens, his legacy and status is forever tainted.
I don't know what to think on that. Seems kind of staged to me.
i personally think that he's full of shit. what do u think is staged?killer21 wrote:

Well you need to keep an open mind, there hasn't been any proof presented at all.
Anyone realize that? Just one person saying something, I think he has a point, guilty before innocent.

The whole phone call thing. Just seems a little odd to me.
After the specific question "have you ever used ANY anabolic steroid?" He says no, and then breaks eye contact instantly to look at the floor. Now i am no CIA interregator (not that that would make me good at judging honesty) but that is usually what happens when someone is lying. Of course that is circumstantial at best, but i think he is full of Shiite (not the religeous faction).
man i hate those guys on that show, they were just ripping apart the packers saying how the seahawks are so much better than them, what a tard bag
What is interesting to me is that the Mitchell Report is largely based off the testimony of a few sources - sources that would not hold up in court, much like most of his report. It is at best a whitewash and fingerpointing of something that possibly could be overblown. Have some people used steriods in baseball - most certainly, yes. Is it as widespread as the Mitchell Report (and media) seems to suggest - I don't know.ig wrote:

What I do know is that there should be mandatory drug tests at least monthly, including during the offseason. What is the point of testing players during the season only; Most training and muscle development is done in the offseason anyway.
The early 1900's were known as the 'Dead Ball Era'. The late 1900's and early '00s will be known as the 'Juiced Era'. Any records obtained during this time will be looked at with a wary eye, justified or not.

Honestly, I think if he's denying it to this extent he's telling the truth.

Clemens is innocent. Any man is that stands up in a 60 minutes interview, then one on one with reporters and says I don't give a rats ass about the Hall of Fame and practically screams that he didn't work his ass off to have anyone question his integrity and he never took any shortcuts or cheated. You don't get that defensive if you're a pussy cheater, you just sulk. Add to that the fact he's going to Congress to say the same thing and, contrary to normal, I'm siding with him. Fuck Barry Bonds and all those other cheaters that juiced up, but Clemens aint one of 'em. And if Andy Petite told the truth about the only time he used HGH (elbow rehab), then he's not either.
