How about this for destroying strategic assets and bridges?
UAV - 3 pts
Sat - 2 pts
Art - 1.5 pts each tube
Bridge - 1 pt per bridge (only if following a commanders 'Destroy' order and divided between SpecOps player, squad leader, squad members and commander)
Each game round you could get about 9-14 team pts (depending on how many bridges & arty tubes are on that map) for a completely succesful strategic raid. BUT ONLY ONCE PER ROUND per player - this would stop padding and really make a Strategic Raid worthwhile for everyone to try at some point in a game, but not the same guy over and over again (at least not for points). Some way to prevent padders from leaving and rejoining the same game to get more points would need to be in place i guess...
Since more people will be raiding the strategic bases to get their team points up it will payoff for someone besides the commander to focus on defense.
