Weird starting pop ups

Lately i have been getting these weird pop-ups and because I have been short of time i haven't had time to investigate this problem, so hopefully you guys can help me.

Here is a screen shot of the 3 pop-ups:

Karma if you solve any of these 5 if you get all 3 of them.

Btw I can't just simply X out of them I have to CRL+ALT+Del it and end task to get rid of it.

is there a disk in your drive with an auto-run feature?

do you have an external drive (even an ipod or MP3 player) connected?

the third one is just windows sucking...

No disc, nothing external (except headphones but that shouldn't do anything).

nothing in my start up folder and I'm not sure what to do in the msconfig, i typed that into run and now what do i click on startup?

Yes, check the startup tab to see if anything might be in there, or look for anything you don't recognize.

Looks as if a program is trying to startup, 'Photogallery' Try putting cd in, or starting program (with cd) and set so it dosnt start on startup. Third one says somthing corrupt in application, might be somthing wrong with the same program... Try a reinstall?

be very careful of what you disable during startup in msconfig. if it says system32 stay away from it.

.NET framework is the most unstable piece of crap ever invented by microsoft after windows. But i'm guessing it's that 'Photogallery' program you use that make some illegal operation making them both to crash, it's obviously trying to access some files that isnt there, that either have been moved or deleted. I notice that you have a lot of stuff running in the systray as well that could cause framwork to flip.

Try go through the photogallery if you could get i to run, see if there is images that are listed there that you've deleted etc. Uninstall/reinstall the programs maybe. Or just simply use a better program, what do you need photogallery for anyway, dont you have windows explorer?

Btw what kind of operation are you running just as i jams? Are you doing something or does this occur when you start windows? If it's while starting up i happens than yes, msconfig ftw or jsnipys suggestion.
